My Story
Get to Know Me
With her mother running a home staging company, Amanda grew up surrounded by real estate agents in her hometown of Lake Forest, IL. After spending time living abroad in Italy, Germany, and the Virgin Islands, she found herself coming full circle and finding her passion where her mother always told her it would be real estate! Starting in corporate leasing, she soon realized she could do more and got her Broker’s license in Chicago, where she now operates on referrals. After spending numerous vacations in St. Petersburg, she decided to get her license in Florida and traded the big skyscrapers of Chicago for the sandy beaches of Sunshine City. She instantly fell in love!
Amanda’s goal as your agent is to make every transaction as seamless and as stress-free as possible. She is passionate about creating a community of inclusivity and supporting local businesses throughout the city. Her business model is simple, "Learn the needs of each client, provide customized solutions to meet those needs, and foster long-term relationships". Building relationships is the most rewarding part of her career.
Because life isn’t all work, when Amanda is not helping clients with their real estate needs, she enjoys spending time with family and friends! You can always find her checking out the latest restaurant openings and all the hot spots in the city!
